My latest training session

 

I track all my training using a heart rate (HR) monitor linked to my watch.  This is then fed directly into an information system and then further linked to a separate online portal that is reviewed and monitored by my coaches.  This makes sure I'm on track with my training and helps towards adjusting my training plans for further development.  Here's my latest session below:
